On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, the annual meeting of the Mreža MOST took place in the Red Hall of the Ljubljana Town Hall, once again bringing together everyone involved in international youth mobility. The event was aimed at networking, exchanging experiences, and inspiring future projects within the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programs.
The event was hosted by Tanja Povšič from the Slovenian Association of Friends of Youth, Sašo Kronegger, and Alenka Oblak, both from Zavod OS. These organizations are also active members of the Mreža MOST, alongside Zavod Voluntariat, Zavod TiPovej, and Zavod Odtiz.
The meeting started with a friendly welcome by Katja Celin Yere, coordinator of Mreža MOST and director of Zavod Voluntariat, and Katarina Gorenc, head of the Youth Office of the Municipality of Ljubljana.
To lighten the atmosphere and create a pleasant energy, Marja Koren led a few minutes of laughter yoga, bringing smiles to the participants faces.
Later on, Aljaž from Društvo Lojtra presented an inspiring example of good practice, proving that even small projects can grow into something big. Participants then took part in an interactive discussion where they exchanged experiences, challenges and ideas for future projects and explored the connection between local needs and international opportunities.
The meeting ended with breathing exercises led by Tina Cerk, which allowed participants to relax, calm down and reflect with positive energy on their future path in the youth sector. Part of the gathering was also informal socializing with drinks and snacks.
About the MOST Network
The MOST Network, which has been operating since 2022 under the coordination of the Voluntariat Institute and with the financial support of the MOL Youth Office, brings together organisations and individuals involved in international youth mobility. Our aim is to improve access to the Erasmus+ and ESE programmes and to strengthen the connection between local and international projects, thereby encouraging the active participation of young people in society.
The meeting was an opportunity to reflect on past achievements and gain inspiration for future endeavors that will continue to broaden young people’s horizons and offer them new opportunities for growth and development. The MOST Network is co-funded by the Youth Office of the Municipality of Ljubljana.
