Call for participants in the ‘OK not to be OK’ training

“It’s OK Not to Be OK” is a six-day training course focusing on personal development, mental well-being and empowerment of youth workers.

The workshops are designed to support participants in processes of greater self-awareness and encourage authenticity, critical thinking and the ability to better understand themselves and others.

The main topics and activities include: connection and team-building, perspectives, needs and contradictions, values, the world through my eyes, art workshops, emotions and trauma, attachment, 5 Rhythms, storytelling, life motto, creative exercises, the empty chair, etc. (subject to change).

Participant Profile:

  • 18 years or older;
  • sufficient knowledge of English;
  • actively working with young people and/or highly motivated and/or with a serious intention to become a youth worker;
  • interest in personal development, better understanding and awareness of self;
  • committed to sharing the acquired knowledge and learned methods by organizing activities in their local community after the training;
  • committed to full participation in the training, which will last 6 working days.

*Please note: Participants will be required to bring their own duvet and pillow cover (a sleeping bag is also fine) and a towel.
