MOST Network
is an international youth mobility network providing support to NGOs and public institutions of the Municipality of Ljubljana in the implementation of international youth mobility in the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ Youth programmes, focused on the implementation of international youth exchange projects and hosting/sending (international) volunteers.
Vision
The INTERNATIONAL YOUTH MOBILITY NETWORK is a key actor in the promotion, development and implementation of international youth mobility programmes in the Municipality of Ljubljana. The Network brings together interested organisations, institutions and other actors with the aim of increasing the participation of all young people in international mobilities and the quality implementation of youth programmes in local communities. The network ensures equal/equal opportunities for all young people.

Mission
The INTERNATIONAL YOUTH MOBILITIES NETWORK is a link between key actors in the field of promoting and involving all young people in international mobility, and increasing the implementation of international mobility projects in different institutions and organisations in the MOL (Municipality of Ljubljana).

Partner organisations
Voluntariat is an international volunteering organisation. Since our foundation in 1991, we have been involved in international youth work and support other organisations to get involved in international projects and host international volunteer camps.
TiPovej! zavod za ustvarjalno družbo is an educational organisation that delivers workshops and trainings in schools, NGOs and companies to help participants find their own creativity, teach them to think creatively and find new solutions through teamwork. TiPove!programmes contribute to the personal growth of each participant and to improving the atmosphere and cohesion of the group. Our work follows the principles of non-formal learning, with an emphasis on developing individual potential, and our way of working promotes three key competences: creative thinking, entrepreneurship and courage, and learning to learn. We are experienced in the implementation of European projects, in particular Erasmus plus key activities. We are the promoters of the Ljubljana City of Learning platform and ambassadors of the tool for recording (informally acquired) knowledge – Digital Open Badges.
Zveza prijateljev mladine Slovenije is a non-governmental, voluntary, philanthropic and non-profit organisation. Our fundamental aim is to improve the quality of life of children, adolescents and families, to represent and promote their interests and needs and to protect their rights. We respond to current social issues and contribute to the creation of positive values in the lives of children, adolescents and families. Our work is based on developing the values of voluntary work and fostering good interpersonal relations. Through our social welfare and humanitarian programmes, we provide financial, material and psychosocial assistance to children and families in need, and through our excellent educational and support programmes, we provide support to parents as well as to educators and other adults who are in direct contact with children.We provide children and adolescents with quality leisure time, holidays and winter holidays, encourage children’s research, artistic creativity and participation, and through our advocacy programmes we contribute to the drafting of documents and legislation, campaigns and public information on topical issues in the field of children, adolescents and families.Our values and our guiding principles are: quality of life for children and their families, tradition, trust, humanity and solidarity, transparency, volunteering, professionalism, integration and inclusion, equality, respect.
Zavod OS, zavod za krepitev samostojnega življenja in enakih možnosti aims to create a more inclusive society. Through our activities, we contribute to the quality of independent life of people with disabilities and open space for international mobility.The main activities of the organisation are:
- education for people involved in personal assistance;
- training and consultancy for organisations wishing to complement their activities with international mobility activities for young people;
youth work activities; - development of a support network for international mobilities with a focus on the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities;
- promoting the integration of disability and climate change themes.
The organisation’s staff has many years of experience in youth work, mobility programmes and supporting active inclusion in society.
Zavod za izobraževanje in inkluzijo ODTIZ is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation. The concept of the institute is to create a hub of opportunities for the active shaping of the life of an individual with a disability, and his/her personal, social and career development. The own experience of unequal inclusion in the activities that most young people are engaged in is the trigger for the creation of the institute. We strive to be a one-stop-shop for education, training, education, training, active participation in sport, arts and culture. We are now almost three years into our activities. During this time we have organised two weekend dance workshops, a make-up course and an international youth exchange on healthy living, which hosted thirty young people from 5 different countries. In addition, we have been partners in ten international exchanges and seminars, enabling young people with disabilities to travel and learn informally. We also co-hosted the MeetShareDance inclusive dance festival.
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT: International Youth Mobility Network, which provides support to non-governmental organisations and public institutions of the Municipality of Ljubljana (MOL) in the implementation of international youth mobility in the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ Youth programmes, focused on the implementation of international youth exchange projects and hosting/sending (international) volunteers.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
- To increase the number of NGOs and institutions in the MOL involving young people in international mobility and through them to increase the number of young people involved in international mobility.
- To achieve organisational development and strengthening of the members and the MOST network.
- Empower practitioners working in organisations and/or public institutions of the MOL with the aim of becoming independent practitioners of international mobilities.
- Increase awareness and disseminate youth work approaches to other spheres of the community/society through products and quality elements.
TARGET GROUPS OF THE PROJECT:
- organisations and public institutions in the Municipality of Ljubljana wishing to host and send volunteers and to implement various international mobility programmes (youth exchanges, etc.) and to participate in international mobility projects;
- young volunteers interested in supporting the implementation of youth exchanges.
PROJECT PERIOD: 2024 – 2026 (36 months)
EXPECTED PROJECT RESULT(S):
- to train young people as youth leaders for youth exchanges;
- to enable the young people involved to lead a group of young people from the newly associated organisations;
- to provide additional support to the newly associated organisations in the implementation of youth exchanges;
- to offer young people the opportunity to join the regular programme of the partner organisations and to participate in the international activities offered at Voluntariat.
