Did you know that we spend almost a third of our lives in the workplace?
Non-violent communication is the key to successful collaboration – it helps us set boundaries without breaking others’ boundaries and allows for respectful dialogue even in challenging situations. Through it, we build trust, improve relationships, and create a space where everyone can express themselves without fear.
As part of Career week 2025, we are organizing an interactive workshop where we will explore through practical exercises and role-playing how effective communication can:
- achieve better understanding in both professional and personal environments,
- help us confidently express our needs,
- create a space for dialogue based on respect and empathy.
What awaits you?
- You will learn the basics of non-violent communication.
- Practical exercises with elements of improvisational theater, where you will try out different situations such as job interviews and conflict resolution.
- Lots of fun with role-playing and learning through simulations of real-life situations.
- Presentation of selected fun content from our online course E-tick, which covers ethical and respectful communication.

This workshop is aimed at volunteers, young people and educators who want to improve their communication skills through fun content.

Due to the diversity of participants, the workshop will be held bilingually (Slovenian and English).
