The KROJ Network brings together organisations that focus on career counseling and supporting young people. As a member of the KROJ Network, we offer various career counseling activities for young people who want to develop their professional path.
Each year (at the beginning of the year), we provide two free spots for a three-day training for youth career workers, where participants gain new skills and become part of the pool of youth career counselors.
On an annual basis, we also offer support to one member from the pool of youth career counselors to obtain the status of a national vocational qualification (NPK) for youth workers (autumn term). The person receives support and guidance in preparing their personal folder or portfolio.
All individuals who volunteer with the European Solidarity Corps are offered career counselling, a review of the competences acquired and support for further career development upon arrival, departure and at the completion of their volunteering. We are also available for individual career counselling, either in person or via the Career counseling centre.
