The Club of Volunteers (CoV) is a living organism, a growing and changing community of individuals who volunteer in Slovenia for a specific period of time and of locals who are pleased with international cooperation. Its purpose is to co-create, network, socialise, etc. with people who dedicate their time to building a better local and international community of volunteers from all over the world. It is coordinated by international volunteers, which brings a multicultural dimension to the exchange of opinions, ideas, comments, initiatives and opens up many opportunities to discuss topics within our vision and mission.
We strive for a world in which people actively shape social life, use natural and social resources responsibly and in solidarity, promote equality, highlight the importance of human rights, work for sustainable development and global education, and collaborate towards the development of society.
Our goal is to open up the Club of Volunteers space and support active members on their personal development journey, while also co-creating an appropriate space for learning new competences, socialising and, of course, being playful and having fun among like-minded individuals.
Our team strives to provide a variety of high-quality activities, such as: workshops, picnics, discussion and creative circles, debates, short trainings, courses, quizzes, networking events, and other events, designed according to the needs of locals who have already participated and/or wish to participate in international volunteering.
You are welcome to join us at one of our upcoming events. We are always open to any questions, ideas, and suggestions. For additional information about the dates when we will meet again, follow our social media, which you can find at the bottom of the page.
