Interest check: Training for international camp coordinators
Interest check: Training for international camp coordinators
A new season of SCI projects is just around the corner!
Those of you who regularly follow our social media may have already noticed that every Thursday, we post opportunities within the 🌏 SCI network on FB and IG.
Have any of the opportunities caught your eye in the past? Have you perhaps attended any of the camps in the past?
Would you like to know what it’s like to be part of the support team that makes these camps possible?
With this in mind, our partner organisation in Germany is organising seminars for all future camp coordinators!
🗓️ The exact dates of the trainings are still awaiting confirmation from the organiser, but it is expected that you coordinators will attend a 5-day training in 📍 Germany, near Frankfurt, between 🔖 April and July 2025.
🙋♀️At this stage, we are simply gauging interest until March 15, 2025, to determine how we will approach this year’s season together. 🤝
Key requirements for participation:
✔️ minimum age: 18 years
✔️ prior experience with international volunteer work
✔️ (permanent or temporary) residence in Slovenia for the duration of the training
✔️ enthusiasm for working with people and tackling new challenges
If you’re interested in participating and ready to add a few words to our story this year, you’re invited to reach out to us on any social media platform and/or email us directly at info.voluntariat@gmail.com.
