We’re sharing a volunteering opportunity from organisation Udruga “MI” – Split in Split, Croatia during the upcoming autumn, winter and spring (from October 2026 to June 2027)
They are looking for volunteers:
- between 18 and 30 years of age who are
- responsible, communicative, creative and open-minded individuals and
- are ready to learn in a stimulating team environment.
What will the volunteers do?
- conduct activities at a social centre for older people, the Zlatno doba Centre,
- participate in and organise activities for Split Volunteer Centre, with the aim of involving young people in the active life of the community and educating them about volunteering, solidarity, intercultural topics.
During the volunteering placement, the following costs are covered:
- accommodation in a two-bedroom flat a short walk from the city centre
- travel costs from your home to the volunteering location and back (with a strong recommendation to choose green modes of transport)
- utility costs (electricity, water, internet)
- pocket money allowance of €10/day
- food and living allowance of €8/day
